Ensure that Use SSL 3.0 (Secure Sockets Layer) is enabled under your internet settings as this is required in order for iRecruitment to open (load) in your internet browser. This only needs to be verified if OSCE iRecruitment homepage does not appear after clicking on the link https://employment.osce.org/OA_HTML/IrcVisitor.jsp the page tries to load the website but nothing appears:
To verify this in Mozilla Firefox, navigate to the menu bar option Tools è Options è Advanced Icon è Encryption:
If not, tick the option and click OK to save.
Ensure your have disabled all pop-up blockers which may prevent OSCE iRecruitment web pages from launching. Go to your pop-up blocker settings to disable the tool while you are using OSCE iRecruitment.
To verify this in Mozilla Firefox, navigate to the menu bar option Tools è Options è Content Icon:
Enable Java and Java scripting
Ensure your internet browser is set to “Enable” for Java and Scripting of Java Applets.

If one or more are not enabled, tick them for the options and click OK to save.
Ensure your internet browser is set to either Accept cookies automatically or to ask you everytime.

Either click accept cookies from sites and select an option from the list of values in the Keep Until section or add the web link https://employment.osce.org/OA_HTML/IrcVisitor.jsp as an exception:
Paste the link https://employment.osce.org/OA_HTML/IrcVisitor.jsp into the address of web site field and click Allow. Click Close to save the settings.

Clear temporary internet files and cookies
Ensure that the temporary internet files and cookies have been cleared to reduce old data appearing.
To verify this in Mozilla Firefox, navigate to the menu bar option Tools è Options è Privacy Icon:
Navigate to the Private Data section and click on the Settings button
Ensure the check boxes for cache and cookies are checked and click OK
Click the Clear now button to clear the data
Click OK to confirm
